  Won’t return urgent phone calls. I have been calling since October (4-5 times by now) and made it clear on their answering machine (ironically their message claims a desire to provide excellent service) that I need copies of our taxes (that we have paid them to complete for the last 3 years) so that we can make changes to our daughter’s college financial aid situation. Classes start next week and I still don’t have the info because the offices have been closed and are by appointment only. Pretty hard to make an appointment if they won’t return calls! Even when they were open 1 day a week in the fall, I went by and they were closed on that day! I’ve since opened my own business and there’s absolutely no way I will EVER do business or refer business here!
